During this 16 hour hands-on lab course, you will effectively develop a clear understanding of the mechanical principles of soft tissue mobilizations, the localized inflammatory response and tissue healing. In addition, you will understand and practice various corrective exercises and therapy practices as manual therapy, flossing and cupping, special breathing techniques for therapy, to ensure proper healing time and lying down of new collagen without stretching or tearing the healing fibers.
